William (Bill) Orndorf, CFP® CIMA®, is a Partner and Senior Financial Advisor with a unique background that combines over 25 years of wealth investment planning experience and a career in law enforcement. After serving as a Deputy Sheriff from 1990 to 1996, Bill transitioned into financial services, where he has built a strong reputation for his expertise in wealth investment planning, stock selection, and risk reduction.

Bill holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Ohio University, earned his CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® marks after fulfilling the education requirement through the Florida Institute of Technology and meeting the certification requirements set by the CFP Board. Bill holds the Certified Investment Management Analyst ® designation administered by Investments & Wealth Institute™ and taught in collaboration with The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

In his role, Bill takes pride in helping clients navigate major life transitions, offering tailored advice on everything from retirement planning to investment strategies. His client relationships are built on trust, active listening, and his ability to craft strategies that support clients' long-term goals.

Outside of work, Bill is an avid outdoorsman, enjoying activities such as fly fishing, jujitsu, cycling, and quail hunting. He finds inspiration in nature, often retreating to Tennessee for its natural beauty and outdoor activities,

Bill is deeply proud of his family. He is married with two sons and enjoys spending quality time with his two granddaughters.  His son, Michael is a Captain in the United States Army and currently serves as a company commander with the 4th Infantry division in Fort Carson, Colorado. Andrew is a recent college graduate and is furthering his education with the goal of entering the world of cyber security.   

Believing in the importance of balancing work with personal passions, Bill strives to make a meaningful impact both professionally and within his community.  He is very active in veteran oriented nonprofits and takes an active role in improving the lives of our service members who have been wounded in the defense of this nation.

Edward (Ed) Flanagan is a Partner and Senior Financial Advisor with over three decades of experience in finance. Since 1996, he has specialized in compliance, leadership, and wealth management, ensuring that both clients and the organization uphold the highest standards of service and integrity.

Ed earned his degree from Fairleigh Dickinson University and holds registrations 7,9,10, and 66, reflecting his dedication to professional growth and regulatory expertise. He takes pride in his ability to navigate complex compliance landscapes while helping clients make strategic and informed decisions.

In his role, Ed oversees portfolio reviews and ensures that regulatory requirements are consistently met. He works closely with his team to address compliance matters and foster a culture of accountability and ethical conduct. His passion for risk mitigation and maintaining industry-leading practices supports a commitment to excellence in client service.

Outside of his professional life, Ed enjoys traveling and cooking, with a particular fondness for exploring historical sites, such as national parks and museums. He is also dedicated to giving back to his community and serves on the Board of Aging Matters, believing strongly in the importance of contributing to others' well-being.

Ed is most proud of his two children that chose a career of serving. His son is a disabled Navy veteran and is currently studying cyber security. His daughter is currently an ER technician and is studying to be a nurse practitioner.

Russell Glover is a Senior Financial Advisor with expertise in retirement planning, estate planning strategies, and investment management. A graduate of Barry University, he brings years of experience in the financial industry and specializes in crafting strategies that help clients achieve their long-term financial goals while ensuring a smooth wealth transfer across generations.

Outside of his professional life, Russell enjoys fishing, working on classic cars, and exploring his interest in computers. He is also committed to his community, serving on the Board of Saint Mark’s Episcopal Academy and volunteering at Field Manor. Russell resides with his wife, a Pilates instructor, and their daughter and son, and takes pride in maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

Robert (Rob) Lattig is a Senior Vice President and Senior Financial Advisor with over two decades of experience in wealth planning. Rob is passionate about helping clients prepare for life’s major milestones—whether it’s securing a comfortable retirement, funding education, or establishing a lasting legacy. His areas of expertise include retirement planning, estate planning strategies, education funding, and portfolio management.

A graduate of the New York Institute of Technology, Rob combines his educational background with years of hands-on experience. Outside of work, Rob is an avid golfer, enjoys cooking, and has a passion for woodworking. He cherishes quality time with his wife and their dog, Miya, finding joy in the simple moment they share together. Rob is especially proud of his son, an entrepreneur whose achievements inspire him every day. One of his favorite travel destinations is Ireland, where he enjoys immersing himself in the local culture and history. Rob is also involved in his community, serving on the Suntree Club Board, and is dedicated to giving back to causes that positively impact the local area.

Jhany Alvarado CFP® is a First Vice President and Senior Financial Advisor, bringing years of experience in banking and financial advising. She specializes in retirement planning, investment management, estate planning strategies, and education funding. She embraces the importance of lifelong learning and experience as essential components in delivering value to her clients while staying committed to continuous professional growth.

Jhany holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, earned her CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® marks after fulfilling the education requirement through the New York University and meeting the certification requirements set by the CFP Board.  She is currently pursuing an MBA at Doane University.

She deeply values quality time with her family, particularly creating lasting memories with her beloved nieces and nephews through shared adventures, celebrations, and everyday moments. Jhany is also committed to giving back to her community through mentorship programs, volunteer work with Toys for Tots, and participating in beach cleanups.
